Mexico 8000 Project
This ASU adopts a process that combines liquid nitrogen reflux, ambient-temperature molecular sieve adsorption, a sieve tray column in the lower column, and structured packing in the upper column and crude argon column. It is also equipped with an external liquefaction unit featuring a nitrogen cycle and high-and-low-temperature booster turbo-expanders. The system offers flexible operation, allowing the external liquefaction unit to be activated based on market conditions.

Algeria 100TPD Project
Project Background: In 2020, amid global pandemic challenges, Hangzhou Chuankong successfully delivered a 100-ton/day argon-producing ASU to the client in Algeria. During the most critical phase of the pandemic, the company proactively responded to the needs of the customer and local authorities, overcoming numerous difficulties to dispatch a team of professional engineers to Algeria in 2021. They provided on-site installation guidance and commissioning services. Leveraging their expertise and perseverance, the team successfully commissioned the unit and ensured its smooth launch. Notably, throughout the pandemic, the ASU operated stably and supplied a significant volume of life-sustaining oxygen—a critical resource—to local medical institutions, strongly supporting the region’s pandemic response efforts. Hangzhou Chuankong fulfilled its commitments to the customer and demonstrated corporate social responsibility through concrete actions.

Indonesia Tsingshan Iron and Steel ASU Project
Since 2015, Hangzhou Chuankong has independently designed and manufactured multiple ASUs for the Tsingshan Steel Indonesia project, including: • 1 set of KDONAr-12500/12500/450Y ASU • 1 set of KDONAr-25000/35000/860Y ASU • 5 sets of KDONAr-30000/50000/1100 ASUs With years of accumulated experience in design and manufacturing, Hangzhou Chuankong operates a first-class integrated ASU assembly workshop in China, featuring an in-factory water transport terminal connected to the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal. The company’s projects span multiple countries and regions worldwide. To date, the facility has successfully completed the fabrication of 90,000 Nm³/h oxygen plant and skid-mounted cold boxes for 60,000 Nm³/h oxygen plant.

Xinjiang GCL 14000 Nitrogen Generation and ASU Project
KDN-14000/500Y This ASU adopts a nitrogen production process utilizing molecular sieve adsorption purification, a booster turbo-expander for refrigeration, and a single-column/single-main-condenser return flow technology. Features: 1. Waste nitrogen vaporized from the condenser-evaporator, or extracted from the column, is returned to the main heat exchanger. After reheating to a specific temperature, it enters the expander for refrigeration. 2. The nitrogen product is directed to the booster end of the expander after exiting the cold box, increasing pressure and reducing energy consumption.
