On January 17, 2018, the 220 TPD completed set ASU exported by SASPG Group to Bangladesh was shipped from the Dachuan base.

This plant adopts a medium-pressure with argon process. SASPG Group served as the main contractor for the package, while Zhejiang Dachuan was responsible for its manufacturing. The air separation unit was loaded and shipped via the in-factory water transport terminal at the Dachuan facility to Shanghai Port for onward delivery.

The largest single air separation cold box produced so far by the Dachuan facility is the integrated cold box for the 8,000 Nm³/h oxygen plant exported to Mexico. With overall dimensions of approximately 6.5 × 5.8 × 50.5 meters and a weight of around 200 tons, it was transported via the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal to Shanghai Port, before being transferred to an ocean-going vessel for shipment to the destination country.
