On January 17, 2025, the KDN-30000 (250Y) ASU supplied by Hangzhou Chuankong General Equipment Co., Ltd. for the supporting project of Haidong Hongshi Semiconductor Co., Ltd. passed commissioning and was successfully integrated into the network for operation. Another reliable Chuankong-manufactured system has firmly taken root in Northwest China, ensuring stable production for the owner.

This ASU adopts a dual-column nitrogen production process with molecular sieve adsorption purification and turboexpander refrigeration. The cold box features a skid-mounted structure, with a nitrogen production capacity of 30,000 Nm³/h and a liquid nitrogen output of 250 L/h. Its operational flexibility ranges from 40% to 100%. This project was fully supplied and installed by Chuankong as a completed set solution.

In recent years, the new energy industry has experienced rapid development. As a leading domestic ASU manufacturer, Hangzhou Chuankong has provided multiple sets of air separation and nitrogen generation equipment for various silicon material manufacturers, battery material producers, and other new energy enterprises. The performance test data of these systems have consistently exceeded the values stipulated in the contracts. Notably, some projects achieved an energy consumption of less than 0.2 kWh/Nm³. All cold boxes adopt a skid-mounted structure, enhancing equipment quality and system safety while ensuring reliable operation and providing customers with full confidence.
